Face It

Interested in making a difference in the lives of girls? Become a Face It Facilitator in the Face It program and help teens educate younger Girl Scouts on social issues like peer pressure, body image and health. Face It strives to equip girls with the knowledge and power to combat social pressures, making their minds their greatest allies. Through this program, teens become a positive influence on younger girls.

Members of the Face It team, participate in thorough training on the topics for Face It. Then they work together to create one-hour workshops and present them to Girl Scout troops throughout the year. Face It Teens serve for one year, attend training and monthly meetings, write workshops and present 12 workshops yearly. Through this program you will be able to help teen girls build better leadership and further develop their presentation skills.
