PROGRAM DETAILS
Face It
Interested in making a difference in the lives of girls? Become a Face It Teen in the Face It program and help educate girls on social issues like peer pressure, body image and health. Face It strives to equip girls with the knowledge and power to combat social pressures, making their minds their greatest allies. Through this program you can be a positive influence on younger girls.
So here's how it works. As a member of the Face It team, you'll participate in thorough training on the topics for Face It. Then you'll work together to create one-hour workshops and present them to Girl Scout troops throughout the year. Face It Teens serve for one year, attend training and monthly meetings, write workshops and present 12 workshops yearly. You'll build your leadership and presentation skills while meeting new people along the way.
Take a peak at just what Face It offers girls in the most recent Face-It Catalog.
