History
The Girl Scout "Little House", located in downtown Grand Haven, has been in use since 1942. It was erected specifically for the Girl Scouts, and was built as a community effort on property donated by local citizen Eleanor Griffin-McNett.
Over the years, thanks to the contributions of many supporters of Girl Scouting, additions and improvements have continued to make the Girl Scout House an ideal place for meetings, trainings and overnights. It is available for use by any registered Girl Scout troop or group.
Facilities and equipment include:
The Girl Scout House has a ramp for handicapped access to the main floor; however, the kitchen is not barrier free.
