YOU make Girl Scouting great for our thousands of girl members! Thank you for all that you do to ensure that the girls of Northern and Western Michigan are able to discover, connect, and take action with courage, confidence and character! Whether you are a troop leader, cookie manager, service team member, or event volunteer, YOU help them make the world a better place!

How can we help you be the best mentor for girls? This section of the site was designed to be a resource to help you have the best volunteer experience possible. Girl Scouts of Michigan Shore to Shore is proud to offer "The Compass"

Troops and volunteers are asked to help be good stewards of our resources by only printing the pages you need.  All of the new forms will be available in hard copy at all Service Centers and offices.

We are presently transitioning to the procedures and guidelines included in "The Compass".  We know questions are going to come up - please contact the Membership Manager if you would like anything explained further - we are here to help and support you.

As with all new things, there are bound to be questions, comments, and concerns with new ways of work, required forms and some needed changes from the way you are used to doing the business of Girl Scouting.  It is with great care and research that we have tried to combine the best of the legacy councils as well as other high capacity councils from across the nation to create safe and efficient systems.  Rest assured we have taken into account the needs of all our members from Beaver Island to metro Grand Rapids all the while keeping safety, quality, and member service as our primary goals.  The Membership Services Team is at your service!
